Francisco, California. The transaction was structured as an asset purchase of the company which had been previously employee owned. Moerman-Clark is a one-step independent distributor of both
residential and commercial roofing materials servicing the Greater San Francisco Bay area of northern California. It was founded in 1983 and currently employs a team of 12 people.

Tom McLarty, the branch manager of Moerman-Clark, will be staying with the company and his entire sales and operations team will continue to run the branch going forward. Moerman-Clark will slowly
transition their operating name going forward to Roofline Supply, which already operates nearby locations in Oakland, San Jose, Sacramento and Modesto. Tom will report directly to Cory Garrison, SRS’
District Manager for Northern California and Northern Nevada.

McKinney, TX: SRS Distribution (“SRS” or “the Company”) announced today that it has signed an asset purchase agreement to close on the acquisition of Heritage Wholesalers, Inc. Heritage is a five branch
family owned regional distributor with locations in Malden, Dartmouth, Worcester, and Braintree, Massachusetts in addition to one location in Hudson, New Hampshire. The transaction is scheduled to close on
August 2nd. Heritage is a 1-step independent distributor of residential and commercial roofing materials, vinyl siding and windows, and other building products servicing professional contractors throughout New England.
It was founded in 1970 and currently employs a team of 60 people.

Steve Field, the former President, will be staying with the company in a new regional business development role assisting Paul Whelan with new branches and sourcing acquisitions in the Northeast. John Malo, the
former CEO/CFO will be transitioning into a regional controller role for the Northeast. The entire sales and operation teams in all branches will be retained to run the branches going forward. SRS will continue to
operate these branches under the Heritage name and will also immediately transition the operating name of the existing Hartford, Connecticut branch to Heritage from Pace Supply.

SRS Distribution (“SRS” or “the Company”) announced today that it has acquired Rose & Walker Siding Specialties, an independent distributor of roofing, siding and windows servicing the Central Indiana area from its Bloomington, Indiana location. Rose &Walker was founded in 1989 and currently employs 14 people. The location will carry a full line of siding, window and residential roofing products and focus on servicing roofing and siding contractors, remodeling contractors and home builders in the greater Bloomington area.

Brenda Rose and Richard Conner, Rose & Walker’s current management team, and their entire sales and operations team will be staying with the company. Rose & Walker Siding Specialties will operate as part of SRS’
Midwest division and Richard Conner, who will be the branch manager going forward, will report directly to Rod Ruess, SRS’ District Manager for Indiana.

In addition, SRS will assume operational control today of Garland Wholesale’s branch in Clarksville, Tennessee. The branch will operate in the same location with all the employees staying with SRS as a Superior Distribution location in the Southeast region of SRS and expand immediately into residential roofing. D.J. services a primary market area of Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma, Northern Texas, Southern Nebraska, Southern Iowa, and Northern Arkansas. D.J.’s customer base includes roofing contractors (both residential and commercial), builders, and general contractors. Dan Piddington, D.J.’s owner, and D.J.’s sales and operations team will continue to operate the branches going forward under Central region AVP, Troy Baker.
