independent distributor of roofing and related exterior building products servicing the Central and Southeast
Connecticut region from its location in North Haven, CT.

Founded in 2008, A-Plus Building Supply has developed a strong reputation for superior customer service and
SRS intends to immediately build upon the company’s reputation for further growth in the region. The location
will continue to carry a full line of roofing products and focus on servicing roofing contractors, remodeling
contractors, and home builders across Connecticut.

Darek Dabkowski, A-Plus’ owner, and his entire sales and operations team will be staying with the company,
which will ensure continuity and consistency for the customers, employees, and suppliers of A-Plus. A-Plus will
transition its operating name going forward to Heritage Wholesalers, which already operates nearby locations
in Hartford, CT, Worcester, MA, and Springfield, MA. Darek will report directly to Paul Whelan, SRS’ AVP for the
Northeast region.

SRS Distribution (“SRS” or “the Company”) announced today that it has reached an agreement to acquire B&L
Wholesale Supply (“B&L”), a preeminent distributor of roofing and related residential and commercial building
products, supplies and services. The acquisition of Rochester, NY-based B&L is the largest in SRS’ history and
adds four locations across New York and Pennsylvania. Terms of the purchase were not disclosed.

B&L was founded in 1950 and currently employs a team of over 225 people. B&L services a primary market
area of Western New York, Eastern and Central Pennsylvania and Northeastern Ohio. B&L’s customer base
includes roofing contractors (both residential and commercial), large homebuilders and home improvement
contractors. Don Tomeny, Bob Latour and Art Finocchario, joint owners, and B&L’s entire sales and operations
team will be staying with the company to run the branches going forward, which will ensure continuity and
consistency for the customers, employees and suppliers of B&L. SRS will continue to operate these branches
under the B&L Wholesale Supply name as a new stand-alone region.

Commercial Distribution Specialists (“CDS”), a new dedicated commercial
division of distribution locations with a focused brand and identity. Phase I of the
CDS roll-out plan includes two inaugural branch locations in Dallas and Houston,
Texas under the leadership of Ken Greer, a 35+ year industry veteran. Each
location will carry a full stocking position of leading commercial roofing,

The transaction which is subject to standard closing conditions is scheduled to close on May 29th.

Advanced was founded in 1983 and currently employs a team of over 100 people. Advanced’s product mix includes all residential and commercial roofing products, vinyl siding, fiber cement siding, windows, gutters, columns and patio enclosures. Kris Anderson, the Owner, and Advanced’s entire sales and operations team will be staying with the company to run the branches going forward. Kris will serve as District Manager for the state of Louisiana and report directly to John Bradberry, SVP Central Region. SRS will continue to operate Advanced’s locations in Louisiana under the Advanced Building Products name as a new stand-alone region. Over time, Advanced’s locations in Huntsville, Alabama and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma will likely migrate to SRS’ existing brands in those markets.
